Stableford Points: Double Bogey or worse (-1); Bogey (0); Par (1); Birdie (3); Eagle (6); Double Eagle or better (8)
Senior Division: MAPGA Professionals only: For the individual MAPGA Professional sweeps, MAPGA Professionals age 50 and over as of the date of the event will have the option of competing in either the Regular Division or in the Senior Division, which will be divided into three sub-divisions based on age: 50 & over; 60 & over; 70 & over (you may play down in age, e.g. a 70 year old may choose to play in the 50 and over or 60 and over age group). Those MAPGA Professionals wishing to compete in the Senior Division shall compete from the Senior tees and play for a separate Professional Sweeps purse based on the percentage of MAPGA Senior Professionals in each age division versus the rest of the MAPGA Professional field. The overall low score(s) in the Senior Division, regardless of age, will be the winner of the Senior Division, but will win first place money from his/her age sub-division. There must be a minimum of five seniors to have a Senior Division and three players in a sub-division. If there are less than three in a sub-division, the senior(s) has the option to play in a younger sub-division or withdraw with a refund.
Tees: There will be tees for amateur men age 50 and over, tees for amateur women age 49 and under, and tees for amateur women age 50 and over set at approximately 93%, 85%, and 79% of the furthest back set of tee markers in use, respectively. Professional men in the Regular division will play from the furthest set of tees, Professional men in the Senior division will play from the tees that are approximately 93%, Professional women in the regular division will play from the tees that are approximately 85%, and Professional women in the Senior division will play from the tees that are approximately 79%. If you're a Professional, the tees you play from are based on the division you are in and your gender. If you are an Amateur, the tees you play from are based on your age and your gender. Any male or female age 70 and over will play from 85% of the distance of the males or females age 49 and under.
Ties: All ties, even for first place, in all contests (Team, Individual Professional, Players Pool) will split prize money. Gift certificates will be held at the host facility or mailed to the amateur's MAPGA Professional. Any trophies for the winning team will be awarded based on a match of score cards if there is a tie for first place.
Optional Contests: There will be an optional $100 per MAPGA Professional Players Pool (Professionals only).
